Online Return Policy


Items may be returned within 7 days after arrival for full return or exchange on any full price item. All returned items must be unworn, and unwashed merchandise. Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging with original tags. After 7 days, all sales are final. Approval by email is necessary before sending items back. Please email customercare@chaseshuman.com for a return authorization code before returning and/or exchanging items. We are unable to issue exchanges for items without a return authorization code. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card and will be valid for one year from issue date. Please pack carefully- we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in return shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are offered complementary. However, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. All authorized returns must be mailed within 5 days domestically of delivery confirmation and 10 days internationally of delivery confirmation. Any requests or returns not meeting with this time frame will not be accepted and you will be informed of this by email. Items that are not acceptable for return or returned without authorization, will be returned to you at your expense. We do not cancel orders - please choose carefully. If you have questions about sizing please review our sizing guide or contact us at customercare@chaseshuman.com prior to your purchase.  If you change your mind after placing an order, we can issue a store credit. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. All returned items will have a restock fee of $25. This will be deducted from your store credit. All sale items, discounted items, and sales from promotions are final sale.
