Shipping Policy 

Domestic Shipping 

Once your order has been placed, our team will ship within 1 to 3 days using USPS or courier. Domestic shipping is complementary. After you complete every step at checkout our team will send you a tracking number and shipping details to the email associated with your order. Once shipped, orders generally take 3 to 5 days to arrive for domestic orders. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the next business day. Please contact us at customercare@chaseshuman.com prior to us shipping your order if you need expedited shipping. Expedited orders will be prioritized and dispatched either the same day or the following business day. All orders are processed and shipped from our Georgia warehouse using sustainable packaging, envelopes, and boxes. 

Availability of our products are not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will reach out to you directly by email. 

At this time we are only able to ship packages to a  P.O. BOX. using USPS Priority.

We provide a tracking number for all orders, but we can not be responsible for delays in shipping or non delivery due to uncontrollable events. 

 

International Shipping 

After you complete every step at checkout our team will send you a tracking number and shipping details to the email associated with your order. Once your order has been placed, we ship within 1 to 3 business days using an international courier. International shipping typically takes two weeks. However, timing varies. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes, or duties incurred during shipping. Lost Packages 

We understand that packages might be lost. We provide every customer with specific shipping details including a tracking number with the provider's information. If your package gets lost in transit our customer care team will do everything in its power to assist you, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. A delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery, and the customer accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package once proof of delivery is provided. We recommend using a correct and secure delivery address and keeping up the tracking information while the package is in transit.
